Privacy and Security

When you interact with the Facilitating Change website, I receive, collect and store any information you enter on the website or provide me in any other way. In addition, I collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and interaction history. I may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you subscribe to receive email from me, or (in the future) take other actions on the Facilitating Change website, as part of the process, I collect the information you give me, such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. I do not share it with anyone.

I collect such Non-personal and Personal Information on the Facilitating Change site for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services;

2. To provide our Users with assistance and technical support;

3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Members with general or personalized service-related notices and messages about new posts or other site updates, when requested;

4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which I may use to provide and improve the work; 

5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Facilitating Change is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Facilitating Change adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

I may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about the work, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement I may have with you. For these purposes I may contact you via email, telephone, and text messages, if I have those pieces of contact information.

My intention is to create a platform that includes no non-essential (functional) cookies. (Here is a link to All About Cookies, if you want more information about cookies.)

My website is hosted by Wix. Wix uses cookies for useful reasons, such as:

• To provide a great experience for visitors and customers.

• To identify registered members of the site.

• To monitor and analyze the performance, operation and effectiveness of Wix's platform.

• To ensure Wix’s platform is secure and safe to use.

I have not added apps that would add additional cookies.

There is a lot of legalese that is "required" to ensure that you know what you are signing up for when you interact with a website, most of which is not relevant to this website, since I don't sell anything directly through actions you take online via the website. Below are a few pieces of legal language to cover the basics, which, is basic terms are:

• I own the content of the website and you need to ask my permission before using it for anything beyond your personal use

• I can change what I offer, including prices, without notice

• If you subscribe to get notices, you are agreeing to get notices,

• You are responsible for actions you take based on what's here :-)

This website is owned and operated by Facilitating Change Principal, Tasha Harmon. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about the services Facilitating Change provides, ways to sign up to receive more information, and, in the blog, ways to respond to some information in ways that are visible to other users of the website. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The prices we charge for our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services/products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The website and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Tasha Harmon. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

The downloadable handouts in the resources folders are intended to be used by interested people for their own growth and the supporting of their teams, relationships, etc., but Tasha Harmon retains all rights to them as described above. The footers which contain the contact information for Facilitating Change must stay attached to the content of those handouts when shared. If you wish to use those handouts as part of work you will be paid for (i.e. as a consultant, coach, trainer, etc.), or to publish any of that content, please contact Tasha Harmon for permission, using the contact form or calling 503-788-2333.

If you sign up using our subscription form, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
